Amy has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 9 years in Kitchener/Waterloo. She is also a Certified Reflexologist and has taken additional training to treat both pre and post natal moms. Amy has her Level I and II Reiki training and she also provides Hot Stone Massage Therapy treatments.
Amy is very proud of "A Touch of Grace, Registered Massage Therapy & Wellness". She is thrilled that she has created a clinic that promotes both healing and relaxation for her clients. She is also very happy to have Cindy, Kassie and Jessica as a part of the "A Touch of Grace, Registered Massage Therapy & Wellness" team.
While growing up in a family of ten children, Cindy was frequently asked to provide her siblings with massages. From there on, she has always wanted to improve the quality of life of hardworking individuals in the community through stress relief and the treatment of debilitating conditions. Due to having jaw surgery and occasional tension headaches, her area of interest is in relieving tension in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and jaw.
Throughout her studies at D'Arcy Lane School of Massage Therapy in London, ON, Cindy learned how to provide relaxing Swedish massage techniques for general comfort and relief as well as therapeutic techniques to help benefit those struggling with acute and chronic dysfunctions, stress, headaches etc. She has completed a course in Hot Stone Massage and is excited to take many more courses to benefit her clients.
Cindy looks forward to assisting you in your journey to improved health and well-being.

Thierry Paulin, RMT
From a very young age, Thierry was fascinated with science, nature, and living creatures. As he grew up this fascination became a driving force for him to learn as much as he could about the world around him, and about how everything functions. This curiosity drove him to learn about the inner workings of the human body, leading to his love of physiology and anatomy, helping pave the way for him to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
Thierry graduated from Fanshawe College in 2016. During school he spent a lot of his time volunteering with many different clients; from athletes, to palliative care, and trigger point therapy. He is committed to expanding his knowledge in the field of massage, and research, in order to provide the best treatment possible to clients.
Using various techniques Thierry is dedicated in treating every client to their individual needs, and encourages open communication between therapist and client to provide effective treatment. His belief is that balance is key to a healthy life; pain and imbalance can come from many different places, from stress, to injury, and even emotional pain. Balance through healing touch, energy and proper exercises are just a few ways he believes can bring back a state of health in ones life.
Being fully bilingual in French and English, Thierry's goal is to have a welcoming environment in which any client can feel safe, in order to being the process of healing.
